Cast Urethane, also known as RTV tooling (Room Temperature Vulcanization) is a process where liquid silicone rubber is poured into a master pattern to create a mold for casting parts.
Over the years, this process has earned a reputation for delivering high-value, low-volume production with great detail and surface finish.

Urethanes are available in a full range of materials that mimic the production part. These cast materials have properties that are rigid, high impact, high temperature, medical grade, glass filled, optically clear, flame retardant, FDA approved and UL94VO compliant.
