Injection Molding has been a preferred manufacturing process for producing parts from thermoplastic, thermoset and metal materials. Engineering-grade materials are fed into a heated shape. Injection moulding can produce an incredible amount of parts per hour. It’ll depend on how many impressions (part moulds) are in your tool, but you’re looking at something between 15-30 seconds for each cycle time.
